"A really nice hotel with good size room and large bathroom which included a bath and separate walk-in shower. Location perfect, quite but within short walking distance of attractions and restaurants."
"Hotel was very central for our trip, easy access to Waterloo station. Lobby could have used more sitting areas (chairs). Check in did not provide enough information. They were short with check in. We had a credit for not using room service but were not told it could only be used in the restaurant and not for breakfast which we planned on using it for. That was disappointing.
