"The hotel is very nice and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I just have a few comments: - it is more convenient for guests if the water is refilled by the housekeeping or they can provide more water bottles. - a Bluetooth stereo would be nice. They had one before but they removed it so we had to borrow one from the front desk. "

"This hotel was in a wonderful location, five minutes from the Louvre! The rooms are small, but the service is enormous. The front desk staff couldn’t have been friendlier. They made restaurant suggestions, reservations for us, and reserved a taxi for us. They helped us map out the city and gave even more suggestions on what to do and the easiest way to do it! Such a help! "

"The vibes and location are excellent! They have the smallest elevator I’ve ever been in but the tub was great! There were definitely issues with the shower and tub leaking all over the bathroom floor and water under one of the floor tiles as a result. Bed was cozy and staff was kind. "

The hotel room was a lot smaller than I expected, decent sized bathroom, however the bedroom had just enough space for the bed, which wasn't what I expected based on the booking photos and the cost I paid for the room. I also found the sound-proofing to be lacking, I could hear others in their rooms very clearly, and it's by a busy street so I could hear the traffic clearly as well.
