"Everything was great but the pillows were very thin and there were no spare ones to bulk it out."

"Ample parking, staff were friendly and efficient, the room was huge, clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was way too crowded on the first day, the second day it was better but still busy. "

"First I will say the staff we met were lovely. However very disappointed with our stay, we don’t usually pay extra for a more luxury style hotel with the amenities and standard offered but won’t be staying again. Rooms advertised as sound proof which they are not, we heard everything upstairs, in the hall and even people’s morning alarms which even in a basic hotel room you shouldn’t hear. A private tub was promised which was no where to be seen. We got a room with a ‘private balcony’ the grates between balconies were see through so not private didn’t feel comfortable to open the blinds as would have been seen by others. The room was dirty the sheets had marks on and there was quite a bit of mould in the shower. The a/c unit didn’t work either. Finally as a comment to improve would have liked an extra lock on the door rather than just the key card one as any employee could walk in with swipe access, most hotels have a second lock we can put on for safety. Really disappointed as was looking forward to lots promised, we feel a partial refund or compensation would be fair as this is not up to the standard advertised at all. "

"Good experience over all. AC is the only downside but looks like its all over Europe. Breakfast was just fine. Had dinner one night and food was pretty decent. "

"Beautiful hotel and strategic location- very friendly staff - good breakfast selections. Room was spacious and beautiful with large Terrace overlooking the lake from both sides. Would have preferred to have a coffee machine in the room, but the bar was fast in providing coffee when needed. Highly recommend to friends and family."
