Good & polite staffs. Good location near to the mall and other shopping centers...

I've stayed at 4 different hotels in Ortigas Center in the last 6 months, and I think this is the nicest. The room are arranged around large central atrium. My room was large, clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, a writing desk, a sofa, coffee table and microwave oven. Staff was friendly and helpful. Across the road from the hotel is a mall, while SM Megamall is just a short walk away, so food and coffee is not a problem. There is also a convenience store just a few steps...

Great room and location only down side is limited elevator and small scape for breakfast.

Upon arrival, I just realised that they have run out of the deluxe rooms so they gave me junior suite which is a free upgrade. Definitely a comfortable experience throughout my stay.

Affordable but there is a sense of sophistication

The check-in was prompt, even thou I came at 12pm, I was given my room straight away. My request were met like staying in higher floor and newly renovated room. I had a pleasant stay with my family. The kiddie pool was covered so its no problem during rainy days. Great service from the staff. The neighbourhood is safe to walk a night and very close to the malls. All within 5-10mins of walking. In all we enjoyed our stay and looking forward to come back again.

Our stay here was very comfortable and satisfactory. Pro - It is located in a very convenient area, very close megamall and mainly to the pickup point (El Pueblo Mc Donald's) for Mt.Pinatubo trip we arranged through tripinas. Very helpful reception staff who arranged for cab for us in the middle of the night and guided us through the local areas. Room was spacious and self contained. Con - I am sure this is no big deal but after a 3 hrs flight and 1 hour in the traffic I din't find it very...
