"The staff and amenities were awesome. I booked it mainly for the onsen and it did not disappoint. They also had free washers for laundry. You had to pay to dry the clothes but 20 minutes for ¥100 was very affordable. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The efficiency of the hotel. Room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Afternoon complimentary snacks and drinks in the lounge. Breakfast was reasonably priced and the buffet superb. Although would have loved Gluten Free bread. Very close proximity to Theodore park for the ice sculptures. "

"Amazing stay at a very clean, pleasant and convenient location. The staff were quite friendly and professional. All encounters with the staff demonstrated a pleasant interaction and staff happy to answer questions and assist. The room was immaculate with plenty of amenities. The breakfast was amazing. Ultimately our stay was so pleasant we are returning to stay on our return trip. "
