After I have mentioned that we're regular customers and have stayed in Alva hotel every year since 2016, they were still very reluctant to change until I have provided the dates of stay, the hotel eventually promised to change. Alva never values old regularly customers. "

"This is a modern, brand-new hotel with fantastic, friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful. The location is excellent for exploring the area. However, be aware that if there is an event nearby, the traffic becomes a nightmare and the hotel’s arrangements for access were a bit disorganized. Great stay otherwise!"
