Great new hotel! Only comment will be that the pool opening hours should be longer

Reception service was good. Facilities old but the location very convenient . Food and supermarket is so accessible

The only place in HK which provide customer service and the staff are all very friendly. Going the extra miles to show you the way, giving you recommendations on where to go and when the room type which i booked is unable to add a extra bed, they provide me a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room as it’s my birthday. The size of the room was great. They give kids amenities such as kids utensil and kids bedroom slipper. Only 3mins walk to MTR station and there is ding ding tram right behind...

Wonderful location, been returning to this hotel ever since the first time I stayed at when they just opened. Though the rooms have some wear and tear over the years, the service, cleanliness and everything has been consistent and spectacular. Hope the property would consider to do some refreshments to the room to upkeep the furnishes.

Everything was great - great location, newly furnished and clean, friendly and helpful staff, conveniently located near mtr. Only one small feedback is the pillow a little too soft for me 😅

Hotel is located about a 10 mins walk from the ferry terminal. The airport bus stops about a 10 mins walk away too. There are tram services to the nearby MTR stations too. Room was not too spacious, but i guess it is big in Hong Kong standards. It was sufficient for me. the AC was strong too. The toilet was also sufficient with good water pressure and temperature control. Will stay here again.

Very convenient place

Good value for what you get if you are on a budget. For around HKD600 a night with breakfast, modern and clean surroundings and polite staff the value proposition is good. The downsides are: no MTR station in the immediate vicinity (not an issue for me as I prefer to use Uber for moving around), breakfast buffet spread is basic and limited and the ac is too cold and cannot be adjusted (I got around it by turning it off sometimes). The location of 99 bonham hotel is excellent! Alot of local eateries to choose from and walkable to MTR Station that link to hong kong main land. Highly recommended! Staff is friendly, helpful and feel welcome to stay in. Thank you!
