"I purchased three rooms. when i went to check in, they were not all ready. Paid a resort fee each night for all three rooms. at a resort i don't have to check in my own bags to hold, deal with rude customer service reps and not get good service and check myself in. on top of that it was a pain in the ass to park our car, took 20 mins even though we had pearl member card for all of the resorts. shame on the service that is given for the amount of money customers spend. Vegas is struggling , so you would think they would want to make your experience the best as possible so you would want to come back . would not recommend staying at New York New York unless you are desperate . "

"Cabana suites are a little run down. The first 10 min in our room toilet and sink backed up. They sent a maintenance man to the room and said yea its a old hotel. Elevator was out of service one day. The parking is ridiculous you cant get out if someone has issues with there garage pass/room key. "

"Nice large resort with nice but very busy pool, finding chair was difficult. Room was large and clean. Be prepared to walk long distances in this giant resort."

"The room was okay but still was left behind stuff from previous people! The carpet wasn’t that clean the beds were okay, the was nothing to mar coffee which was wired everywhere I have stay before had one, I ask the staff to come and do the room and I was told I have to go down stair to the front office snd requested! The staff in front desk was very polite and helpful that was good!! "

"Kiosk check in only no valet parking have to walk across the street to get back to the hotel lots of grumpy staff and the worst was no hot water in the room in the morning Glad to get out of there "
