Only one thing that I would say is staff need to check the room before the guest because we had late check in and arrived the hotel around 10:30pm so first thing we wanted to take shower and there was a creepy reptile on the shower curtain.I really got scared. "Room with pool view was lovely. Very quiet area. Rooms really large and beds were so comfy. I could not fault this hotel. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Only thing is that there were restaurants across road and you could not access them across the busy hiway. These restaurants should have service from Grand Palace to their restaurants. Could not order taxi for 200 m ride. It would benefit these restaurants as they were really good."
