"I called Expedia twice prior to arrival in Bali. We were flying in at 12am and after reading that there's no reception you'd have to make contact. All was ok and we were very excited. Well, after passing customs, getting through the taxi guys we were on our way. Aside from this place being pretty much impossible to find (the taxi driver was remarkable patient, he tried to call the place a few times), they weren't there. No phone answer. Nothing.
