"Excellent view, friendly front desk and restaurant staff. Connected to sky ranch great for families with kids. Near to area restaurants and attractions. Would stay again."

"The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time. Breakfast was really good. I just wish it already came as a full meal instead of adding rice separately. Room delivery is 20 pesos, which is pretty reasonable if you prefer eating in your room since the lobby dining area isn’t the best. There’s also a 50 peso fee if you want to use the microwave for outside food. The staff are very nice and helpful, which made the stay even better."

"All the staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and very close to restaurants and malls. We would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Tagaytay in the future."

"Clean, spacious room with balcony. Cold air conditioning. Clean towels. Toiletries are provided. Shower head could use an upgrade though. Checking in and checking out was terrible though. Long queues, but mostly due to issues encountered by some clients with their bookings. Mine went through hassle-free but I had to queue for several minutes."
