"My wife could not connect to the Wifi on the firestick that we brought from home. She tried the front desk, but there was nothing they could do. So they then resorted to buying the movie on the "Internet TV" Youtube, but that also just showed the loading screen and never ended up working. It was dissapointing as I booked it for my wife and her friend to have a nice relaxing time away from the kids. "

"Parking easy and reception staff good. Corridors need serious upgrades as uncarpeted and bare. Room was cold and very poorly lit. Curtain looked like a wartime throwback. No real facilities and even the kettle had to be moved to a bedside table to plug in. Very uninviting and I am pleased that on this occasion I was on my own. Would have been good value at half the price (comparable then to teh travel lodge round the corner) "

"Cozy and clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping on request. Near to town center and River Lea. Very convenient. Easy to take train from Ware station to another town."

"We arrived slightly later (21:30) after I checked someone would be there. Was assured 24 hours a day. The chap came into reception on his mobile and was not that bothered we were there, kept the person on his mobile whilst checking us in. We were kind of chosen where we needed to go by ‘our of here, in the car, turn left up the road, through the gates and you’re there’ We did exactly that. Cut to us wandering around in the dark, with no knowledge of where our room is. What’s worse is the room name we had wasn’t listed on any building. I called reception and he reluctantly drove up to help us. Our key cards didn’t work on the main door into our building anyway so even if we had found it, we wouldn’t have gotten in. The chap did go and get us another key and bring it back but after 25 mins of being in the dark and trying every door in a yard area we were a little annoyed."

"The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a four night stay,very handy location just a short walk to the town. "

"Well, to start with the place was difficult to find; once I had phone the owner and received directions then no problem (very helpful lady who answered) but these should have been communicated before arrival. The apartment was clean but generally quite tatty. The underground carpark it tight if you have a large van."
