"Good location although it was quite hard to drive up to the 7th floor and locate where to park at the hotel. Great room service. We liked the rooms and it was convenient and accessible to Komtar jbcc. Booked the executive king rooms and we were pleasantly surprised that it came with complimentary food/wine or mini high tea set at the lounge and daily complimentary mini bar & fridge items. The breakfast buffet was good too and worth the price. Will definitely recommend :)"

The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay, always greeting us with a smile and offering assistance whenever needed.
