Front desk clerk needs training Forgot to give me my passport back, needed to ask for it, ( not good ) gave me the wrong room # key for the safe - really ? Found this out after having to go to the desk and ask for the key Up and down from the room just for something that should be automatic at check-in Room key worked variably as well. Overall not a good impression, glad I only booked 1 night

Lovely hotel in a great location. We had a sea view suite which was excellent and the rooftop pool was wonderful. Cleaning staff were amazing and really friendly but the reception staff barely spoke and made you feel like an inconvenience if you asked them anything.

Very nice hotel , far enough away from the noisy nightlife but near enough to walk to it all . Very clean modern rooms. Nice rooftop pool with great views of beach and sunset !

Terrible Hotel and very bad experience unfortunately The room had spider, insects crawling on the bed, insects crawling on rhe floor and COCKROACHES yes right cockroaches I caught two in one night crawling in the middle of the room and that was when I went down to the reception asking for an explication and guess what they had no service staff or any staff at 11 pm othern that the receptionist, what a joke I checked out midnight and left the horrible smelling full of insects hotel. Don’t be fooled by the photos-as I was it is a no no hotel due to hygiene standards.

I was tell that they give me a room with sea views and they can arrange..when check in they give me room with no views...as the room was already taken by this couple whom gave them tips more..I thought was first come first serve???i will never stay that hotel anymore thankkkkkk youuuuu!!!!!

Terrible evening reception
We arrived at the hotel at 6 in the evening after a long trip and the reception was as terrible as you can imagine. The guy at the reception was rude and not accommodating at all. He kept asking for more money at arrival. In addition to that, the room door had to be fixed upon arrival and the basin was clogged too. They hardly understand english and kept making mistakes in everything. It was exhausting explaining things to them. The morning lady was nice and the hotel was nice too. The swimming pool was the best part. If you want to book here, be ready to have an exhausting experience. If you can compromise on that, then the location is perfect on the patong beach. Another thing. They say they understand but then do everything wrong and argue with you that you were wrong. So exhausting.

Everyone is so friendly, the staff made it a great stay, the location cannot be beat. I felt safe walking out at any time close to many markets, great food, and the rooftop pool view was BEAUTIFUL.

Awesome
This was our best stay in Thailand. The staff was fabulous. Helped with the tours (booking, car service, and safety.) recommended what to do locally, and overall just extremely pleasent to chat with! Toey was our favorite, the star of the hotel! The new roof-top pool was beautiful and the view was gorgeous! Rooms were cleaned daily as long as you put your tag on the door. Will return on our next holiday to Phuket!

Roof top swimming pool badly need maintenance. Many tiles missing, foot can easily get cut. It would be nice if room floor is carpeted instead of just cement. Wall also will be nice to be painted instead of just cement. Location is good, directly facing the sea, walking distance to shopping and makan places.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were awesome. The swimming pool was mostly clean but it’s being renovated in September so it’s going to be the perfect place to stay when it’s renovated!

The room was nice and well decorated. But the pool looks awful. The tiles are loosening from the bottom of the pool. You need to take care to not hurt your feet. The pool needs maintenance urgently.

The hotel is in a great location, rooms were clean and staff was super nice! However, the hotel is NOT in the condition Expedia mentioned when I booked the trip. I booked a room for 6 got 2 king beds, rooms are super small, bathrooms smelled like mildew probably the shower curtain, the rooftop pool needs major remodeling all the tiles are coming apart and broken step to get out of the pool, the rail work looks like my 6 year old did it, no AC in the lobby so as soon as you walked in the hotel it felt like a sauna, I had booked the room with a pool inside the room but when we got there instead we had 2 conjoining rooms, so our party was somewhat separated, spa/room service wasn’t always available, low staff, difficult to communicate when had questions from the language barrier, the elevator doesn’t stop at every floor so we had to carry our heavy luggage up stairs, and the pool outside the front lobby was extremely filthy almost looked like muddy water!

Nice view from the room! But if you're renting a car, FYI, there's no parking on property. Have to park at the roadside. which is a bit hard to find parking sometimes. Need some maintenance for the swimming pool.

Perfect spot to be if you want to be in the party zone but quiet enough to sleep and have the peace of the beach view. There is a 7-11 next door and a good massage place to relax next door also. I was hesitant to stay in Patong but I wanted to do some clubs and get into the scene a cpl nights, so it was really good to be here and either tuk tuk or walk to Bangla and shopping. Patong beach isn’t the best beach but we rented scooters to go see the big Buddha and the elephants. We went all around Phuket with scooters to other beaches and ventured in Patong at night. The hotel was perfect for sleeping and simple amenities, plus it was clean with the staff being very helpful. . The pool is small but nice and the outdoor cafe as u walk out the door to the right is perfect for coffee and a fruit shake in the morning. If you are looking for a resort feel then it is not for you, but if you are looking for a Air bnb feel then it is perfect!

I loved the hotel. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because you cant flush toilet paper in toilet. You have to put tissue in bags like dog poop bags. Gross experience. Also at check out they told us we had to pay for towels because one was missing. A few minutes later after they found towel.
