"The hotel reception, gym and restaurant is on the 5th floor of a multistorey car park and all the rooms are on the floors above it. As such, I didn't know what to expect, however, good customer service and clean rooms make up for the location and makes it ideal place for a short visit for work. Room window can't be opened but air conditioning is good, breakfast is continental and dinner is not bad. Overall a good experience, certainly recommended."

"1st night was terrible but when approached the staff where excellent and throughout the stay extended by 2 nights to 6 in all could not have done more. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone and will possibly be using it again if expected occasion happens"

"Amazing support from the manager after I had a tyre blow out on the way up to daughter’s graduation. He literally took care of everything involved in getting my car picked up from the hotel after the AA dropped it off there, which helped me concentrate on the big day for my daughter and our family. Lovely, lovely man"
