"The hotel is managed with a 24-hr check in counter with housekeeping on standby, Daily room cleaning or towel change is not provided unless if you request for it. The breakfast provides a wide variety and the food was fresh and delicious. One downside is the elevator crowd during peak hours where we had to wait a long time for the elevator to arrive and a long time inside the elevator to reach our floor. The hotel tried to mitigate the situation by having a staff to operate the elevator but...

"Although the hotel is a little dated, it is well maintained and made up for it with its fridendly and helpful staff. A specail thank you to Maya at receiption, who make out check in smooh and welcoming. The location is not the most convenient, especially for getting to the main shopping and transport areas, but we appreciated that the hotel provideds a complimentary shuttle service, which was very helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."
