"Had initial issues with getting hot water in the showers. The property is a little out of the way and only accessible through a bad narrow road. Cleanliness was a little hit & miss. The hot breakfast was good but sometimes a little meager portion-wise (depending on what you requested). At night, the property is too dimly lit. This property has a lot of potential but a few things here and there resulted in a sub par guest experience."

"Wonderful staff. Always helpful and smiling. Breakfast simple but ok. Amenities need some sprucing up e.g. Balcony door needs fixing , more hangers required in bath room would be great. Also sound proof between doors need improvement, sometimes you think someone's knocking on your door when it's ur neighbor."

"Beautiful well kept gardens, lovely pool, great staff and lovely home cooked breakfasts. Great location! Disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, mould everywhere in the bathroom, fridge and the walls behind the fridge. I know this is a budget hotel but it wouldn't take much to fix up the bathroom to a hygienic looking bathroom and to clean the mould. "

"Great place. I actually stayed in the room that's pictured in the featured photo (view from the outside). Staff were extra nice and were interested in helping guests even with the language barrier. Upon check-in, they couldn't locate my reservation and I had to email my Orbitz receipt to the owner, but they didn't make it a big deal and readily made a room available for me.
