The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed linen and towels were fresh, and the bathroom was hygienic. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Fuss-free check in and out. Convenient location to a cafe right opposite and other touristy spots nearby. The staff were professional, welcoming and approachable! We were lucky and got upgraded to a room with the city view. Rooms were clean, functional and spacious for our simple luggage. Overall a really pleasant stay, will definitely book this hotel again for future visits!

The check-in process was smooth and staff are friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious, comfy and clean. Same for the shower/toilet - very spacious and clean. There is a basket of complimentary snacks in the room, also bottled water and if the water finishes within the day, there is a water dispenser in the corridor. Always stays here for my business trip.

In all my travels around the world for years, this is the first hotel that i have experienced all the staff giving warm, hospitable smiles and greetings whenever you walk by them, irregardless of what their job is or they are doing. From the pick up at the airport to the time that we left, I really enjoyed the excellent service, facilities and hospitality in this classy beach resort hotel.

Great hotel to stay at while transiting through KL. Is a short walk from KLIA1 or there are little buggies that will take you. The hotel is clean, beds are extremely comfortable, breakfast was delicious. If you want to go into KL you can buy a return ticket on the KLI Espres train. Cost about 90, 000 RM but gets you into the city in 30 minutes. The only downside this time at the hotel was that the pool at the hotel was undergoing maintenance and closed at 7:00 p.m. I would definitely stay here...

One of the best Hotel that I have stayed in langkawi. I won't mind staying in the same hotel for my next visit. One major reason of the excellent review is because it is brand new. Hotel exterior looks like the only store in the neighborhood however after exploring a little, you can find more stuff nearby. We just spent 8 nights here over the xmas break. It's a fabulous hotel with great facilities. We particularly loved the beach view we had from our room balcony, where we chilled most evenings pre dinner. The location is great, there is an extensive breakfast buffet & the staff are super helpful & friendly. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at EQ, KL. The hotel and the hospitality were outstanding. Spacious rooms and friendly staff at the check in counter. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Location walkable from the famous China Town Petaling Street where street foods are abundance and lots of hidden pubs to explore during the night nearby.

Excellent stay, nice bed, update and clean roomms

Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.
