"Male staff at reception has a bad attitude. Went to check in at the reception and he doesn't even acknowledge us when we stood in front of his counter. Gave him our passports and he just took our passports without saying anything and began typing on his computer for a long time. After receiving our keys, nobody offered to help with our luggages either. We have to carry our luggages up the first flight of stairs before there is a lift to the room. The reception continued to stare at his computer...
