We stayed in an accessible room, however the lifts are not big enough to easily accommodate a wheelchair, causing us to have to squeeze in sideways, uncomfortable for wheelchair user and person pushing. The room was aesthetically pleasing but functionally pleasing, only an open plan wardrobe with very limited hanging space was provided, nowhere to store suitcases, impossible to unpack- so very quickly our beautiful room just became a mess- a missed opportunity as there was room for storage! Same in the bathroom, it was large and fully accessible which was great but instead of providing just a sink with no bench space or cupboards they could have easily put in a vanity unit!! A larger fridge would be useful and also supplying wine glasses would be a great addition, as would a full length mirror. The pillows were terrible! However the staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, location was great. It was clean and the bed was comfortable!! PLEASE add more storage for people staying more than one night!!!!

Room was very clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Rooftop bar and restaurant served beautiful food and drinks. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again

Spacious king studio
I booked the king studio and it was very spacious. No rgret getting a bigger room as compared to the queen essential room which is much smaller. If you want better comfort, do choose the king studio.

Lovely hotel, perfect location for shops and Elizabeth Quay restaurants bars and kiddies fair. The hotel roof top restaurant was excellent. My only criticism is that they closed the restaurant on New Year’s Eve without warning. It was closed due to a paid ticketed function which was fully booked so denied us a roof top view of the Elizabeth Quay fireworks . We booked this hotel , months ago because of its location for New Year’s Eve, lack of communication was disappointing.

-Going from the car park to the hotel is terrible. -View of Quay from the room was very obstructed -Bathroom/toilet exhaust was not working, was told by staff that it turns on when the toilet lights were off for a while but did not happen. -Knob to switch from overhead to handheld shower was broken.

It was ok at the Quay.
Room was comfortable, a bit small. There were no towel rails nor a toilet roll holder. There was no separate door to go into bathroom/toilet. It was open just as you entered into the hotel room. Bedroom had a door separate from bathroom and entry. Very clean and well presented, Staff were very helpful and friendly.. Room Ok if you only want to stay 1 to 2 nights.

Everything is great about this hotel apart from the size of the rooms, smallest I have ever stayed in, we had to negotiate who would move where as there is so little space

Very Nice hotel, dont expect a great view. Great service and cleanliness. Nice design of the rooms. Big noise cancelling door. Nice cafe on ground floor. Close to pretty much everything. Very good

This was an overnight stay for a conference. I live two hours south east of Perth and has arrived around 6pm. As the restaurant didn’t open till 7pm and I was really tired after a long day, I ordered room service. The app said approximately a 30 minute wait which was fine. However I got a call from reception and hour later to say my dinner would be another half hour. When I very verbally expressed how ridiculous this was the staff member actually said what do you want me to do? Of course I said if I worked there I would go to kitchen and explain and ask what’s going on. Then I received a call from the manager apologising and offering wine or dessert, neither things I had ordered however the manager would speak to the kitchen. After that dinner arrived in about 10 minutes. Not surprisingly as it was a simple fish & chips style meal and a coke. I won’t be staying again, nor recommending the hotel to anyone.

Local Getaway
The Quay was a good location to visit Perth City. Just minutes away from the shopping precinct. Elizabeth Quay entertainment area is just across the road. Many good restaurants and bars to visit. The view is now been built in front of, so most of the rooms will lose the great views it had. P.S Still waiting for my depoist to be returned to me from 8 days ago.

If style over comfort or form over function is your thing, this is the place for you. No chair in the room meant I was sitting on the floor working whilst ironically looking out the window at the signage of some of Australia's biggest ASX legends. No chair generally was uncomfortable even when not working for both of us. Yes, the huge marble-look bathroom/shower looked amazing and the spacious entry probably unavoidable but in the end it all functions/doesn't serve a purpose like any other. A folding suitcase rack would surely not fit with the minimalist black and white chic but would have made my stay so much more comfortable. In summary, less comfortable than a budget Ibis but more spacious (particularly where it makes no difference), and more sophisticated interior design.

We spent 8 nights here. Hotel was close to everything we wanted. We had no car so we were on foot. Shopping close by, train close by, ferries close by, tours close by. Comfortable hotel room, no complaints. Window seat was great.

great location
The hotel was a great location , the staff were very helpful and the cafe in the lobby was great. the only issue we had was parking , our car got scratched , and getting in and out of city was gridlocked some of the time. so would be better if you didn't have a car.
