Hotels near Petitenget Beach

"Rooms are very spacious and modern, comfy beds, though not a lot of privacy in the shower/bath area if you're on the first floor as it looks down onto the pool area. Pool is nice looking out onto a small rice field area, but there's a requirement to book sun loungers as they're also sold externally. This meant on our first day where we were hoping to chill by the pool after travelling, there were no loungers available. If this is going to be the policy they should find a way to prioritise hotel guests and maybe message before arrival to give a chance to book, as we noticed quite a few people in similar situations. Staff were friendly but there was a bit of miscommunication at times so some issues were maybe not handled the best. "

From the time we checked in until the day we left, we were greeted by name, with professionalism, kindness and with genuine warm smiles. The staff really raised the bar at this hotel. Aris, Doni, Tia, Duta, Hardi, Yohan and several others truly made a difference and elevated our whole experience. We will be dreaming about the exceptional food, luxurious spa, inviting pool and stunning waterfall for many years to come! We hope to come back. "

"The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was amazing. However, they definitely need to improve on sealing the rooms as there are so many large gaps on every window and door as our kids had so many mosquito bites. They also need to close off the outdoor bathroom as my wife was unable to shower or use the bath tub in private as there was a room directly above the open bathrooms, there were also lots of ants and bugs crawling all over the bath tub so we couldn't enjoy it."
