Pros: The staff were wonderful and accommodating, I arrived late (2AM) and a member of the staff stayed up to greet me and check me in, and the area was relaxing and quiet.
Cons: there were some mold issues, which is understandable considering the climate and the location right by a river, but for people with sensitivities/allergies it might be problematic

The room was lovely, although the layout with the bathroom facilities a little strange.
The team were welcoming, but seemed a little tentative and inexperienced on how to manage requests.
