"It’s a new hotel and the staff is excellent. Even when I had issues, they worked on everything right away and made sure to check in on me daily. They were receptive to my feedback (one was to add fridges to the rooms which they had ordered prior to my departure) and provided breakfast daily, entertainment once a week in the dining area. "

"Stayed at Desa Hay for 3 nights. Very tastefully designed and decorated 6 separate wooden villas, with small private courtyards and private splash pools. The staff is very very friendly, courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again."

"This resort was amazing, definitely a highlight of our trip. Sitting by the pool and having complimentary tea, free yoga, staff was really friendly. Pools are big enough to swim laps. Walking distance to a coffee shop (left). 10 min ride from Canggu

"Construction, dirty sheets, rotting roof, slugs coming out of bathroom drain, mosquitos and no mosquito net, never saw the staff once, no where to put trash, rotting curtains, roof leaked when it rained, toilet was always covered in brown water in the mornings. "
