"The accommodation was basic but clean, located on the beach but it’s not relaxing due to the large volume of long tails boats arriving and departing all day every day. Getting a long tail boat to the pier can also be difficult. They won’t leave with one or two people so you often have to wait until more are ready to leave. Getting dropped off by the taxi boat in high tide is difficult especially at night. No good options for eating close by. You can walk to the main area in about 20/25 mins but...
"Beautiful resort, small and quiet, but amazing staff, so helpful and a short walk from restaurants. Make sure you kayak to the beach next door, white sand, turquoise water, absolute paradise and the best hotel we have stayed at in Thailand, well worth it and hope we can go back soon!!"
"Location was beautiful.
Snorkeling was really good when you went far enough away from land
getting to and from was expensive 800-1200 baht per 1-way depending on what time of day it was
Food served at restaurant was not very good

"My husband and I had a great stay at this Resort. The staff was kind and very attentive. I would highly recommend this place. The view from our room was 😍 Place was quiet and peaceful, food was great!"
"Arrived by Longtail boat from the pier but you can walk into town( albeit up a steep hill but very scenic). No need to venture out if just wanting to chill and eat at resort- had all you need.Beautiful beach , great food plus a little shop and loved the bungalow. Quiet escape away from the hustle and bustle."

"Saii phi phi truly felt like paradise. We stayed here for 2 nights to relax. The staff were so friendly.
They have 2 pools normally but 1 of them was under maintenance which was unfortunate. It made the 1 pool very busy and hard to get a lounging chair.
We ate at ruan and api restaurant. Both places were great. Ruan is in the forest so there was a high chance for bug bites. The restaurant was also very far from our villa and the staff was happy to call buggy service which was such a nice treat!
Getting to the resort was a bit of work and I highly recommend you wear sandals because getting on and off the long boat depended on whether or not its high or low tide. You might have to walk out further and into the water. "
"The hotel was paradise. Gorgeous Hotel, Gorgeous setting. The pool was lovely with spacious sun loungers. The staff were all so kind and friendly, for example the pool bartender made my 2 for 1 cocktails separately so I got two fresh drinks even travelling solo. The room was stunning and spacious and very quiet. The breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh fruit and freshly made omelettes. If I ever travel back to Railay, I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Looks better than the photos online. "
"Yes, the buffet was excellent and I enjoyed the pool. All was almost perfect except for some details like: you need to stack up more toilet paper. As it often happens, people get sick and we need more toilet paper. Thanks"
"The most perfect resort I've already stayed!
Everything is totally amazing, the room, the location, the staff, the cleanliness. I have no words to describe how wonderful was this trip. Thanks CoCo Beach team for all your support and kindness."
"Beautiful place. Beautiful people. Paradise really. To escape the hell of the UK at the moment and to be amongst such wonderful people is indeed a blessing "
