I booked a double bed room in this property during the peak period and but when we arrived at the property, we were given a single bed. The pictures are not true to the room pictures… There was absolutely no decoration/furniture etc in the room except for a small fridge, and inbuilt wardrobe. The room and toilet was pretty spacious and clean one of the staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. Another staff was not the most friendliest. They also do not accept card for car booking etc. Food was pretty decent and they have a decent amount of choices But in general, I think the the hotel does not feel like a 3 star hotel. I would give it 2 stars rather than 3. I don’t think that the hotel cost was very cheap either when we booked it since it was the peak period but nonetheless, the property shall not lie to its customers of the insides of the hotel. The only good thing about the hotel is that the area is very convenient and walking distance to the Patong beach, Bangla District etc. There are also really good food options in the same district as the hotel.
