Great location, walking distance to a lot. The hotel is set back off the busy street so it seemed quiet and safe. Everything seemed a bit dated. Shower in room was moldy and hot water was sparce. Nice pool and bar . Staff were friendly!

The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Management can improve on a few things such as giving the staff new shirts, presentation is important, the hotel can do with an update but for location and money it isn’t bad value if you aren’t overly fussy

The Palmyra Patong Resort is what I'd consider and entry level resort. It's located in the heart of Patong, near a large shopping center (just 850m from the modern and relatively upscale Jungceylon), but is located among Patong's many massage places, street-front open-air bars, hair extension salons, tourist gift shops, and tatoo parlors. The area wasn't really what I was looking for, but many folks seem to come here just for the ambience. We found three roaches in our room (two the first night, and one the second), but otherwise, the room was clean.
