Location of property is perfect for shopping and dinning. Staff could be friendlier towards local and darker skinned guests. Place is clean but a bit dated, beds and ac coud do with a upgrade

The staff on reception and overall staff interactions were first class. Great pool area, 9 minutes to the beach, 2 major malls just a 3 minute walk and 10 minutes walk to the famous Bangla Road restaurant and serious club entertainment.

In the very heart of Patong, within walking distances to shops and Bagala Rd. 7 Eleven, pharmacist and clinic all around the hotel, plus lots of food option. For the money you pay, it's worth it for the location. Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, decent pool. The rooms are slightly dated but still presentable. Will recommend to anyone who wants to be close to all the actions of Patong.

Quiet and very convenient. It’s not a top end hotel and far behind their competitors all though they charge high prices, Not worth the money, you can do much better. Don’t think I’d stay there again
