The hotel is dated but kept clean and organised; it is centrally located and close to the main night life. The main mall is within walking distance in under 10 mins from the hotel. The hotel staff especially those working at the entrance has a wealth of knowledge of the local areas and can offer recommendations.

I was very pleased with my stay at Patong Heritage. The staff were very helpful and willing to answer any questions that I had. It’s a fantastic location and walkable to all the hotspots in Patong. They also have a fabulous buffet breakfast with cooked to order omelets and some great Thai food as well. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at Heritage for an extended 21-day visit. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was an amazing way to start each day before heading out for our activities. We originally planned to stay only 9 days before continuing our travels, but we ended up extending our stay — largely thanks to the wonderful housekeeping service we received from Ei Moe. She took such great care of our room every day and even surprised us by creatively folding the towels into adorable animal shapes. Ei Moe truly went above and beyond — she’s the best!

Everything was great, room wifi is strong. Staffs are and friendly room was worth the price. Area is close to most food and party area. Breakfast was delicious as well. The only cons, saw some baby cockroach crawling in the toilet. Other than that everything else was perfect

The staff on reception and overall staff interactions were first class. Great pool area, 9 minutes to the beach, 2 major malls just a 3 minute walk and 10 minutes walk to the famous Bangla Road restaurant and serious club entertainment.
