Needs a clean.

The hotel is very basic, could certainly do with a good clean. One look at the pool & I knew I wouldn't be going in there. Level of cleanliness well below expectations, still a dirty cup in the bathroom that someone had rinsed toothpaste from. Staff in general are polite and helpful.

A éviter absolument

Nous sommes arrivé dans cet hôtel avec 2 jours de retard sur notre réservation. Nous les avions appelés une semaine à l’avance pour les prévenir de notre retard et leur demander de nous garder notre réservation (2 chambres). On nous a répondu que c’était OK. En arrivant sur place, pas de trace de notre réservation. Après recherche, la réceptionniste nous a dit que nos chambres avaient été relouées car nous ne nous étions pas présenté. Après discussion, elle a reconnu qu’il y avait eu une erreur de leur côté et nous a trouvé 2 chambres, les dernières. La première chambre était limite OK, mais on entendait bien ce qu’il se passait dans la chambre d’à côté. La seconde chambre était en mauvais état, sale, la porte de la douche est tombée dès la première utilisation, le safe était hors service. Les chambres n’ont jamais été nettoyées avant la fin de l’après-midi malgré le panneau « clean the room please » placé sur la porte dès 9h00 du matin. J’ai quand même trouvé quelques points positifs, comme la literie, la piscine ou le fait que l’hôtel soit dans une rue pas trop bruyante. Néanmoins (c’était mon 17ème voyage en Thaïlande) il s’agit du plus mauvais hôtel dans lequel j’ai séjourné dans ce pays. Pour résumer: chambre sale, service lamentable personnel incompétent, bien trop cher pour ce que c’est. A éviter absolument

Phuket, The Best of Andaman Sea Destination

The hotel was in the right street close to the main road. The management team was attentive and could speak in several languages. Arrangements for tour and tuk tuk driver was decent and good. Private taxi was also reasonable. Amenities were good. Definitely would come back and recommend to others. Romantico for couples on honeymoon.

Mauvais emplacement

Attention hotel un peu éloigné du centre de Patong. Hôtels.com indique un mauvais emplacement sur la carte. À peine arrivé dans la chambre il y avait un lézard mais mis à part ce détail RAS.

Clean and friendly hotel & staff :)

Our stay at Triple Three was great.. Though far from the beach..The lady at the reception Ploy was very kind and was always helpful.. The hotel is also very neat and clean.. My room had a small balcony facing a football court.. It was lovely view to see the players practicing.. No there was no noise.. The best part about this hotel is they give bicycles for free to explore the city.. Me and my husband loved this concept and explored the place on these bicycles.. Overall it was a good stay and a great experience.. Highly recommended

Fajny hotel w kiepskiej lokalizacji

Nowy hotel, ładne i czyste pokoje, wygodne łóżka i dobrze działające wifi, nieduży ale fajny basen. Śniadania kiepskie, lokalizacja również nienajlepsza - ulica, przy której stoi hotel jest nieciekawa, dość daleko spacerem do plaży Patong Beach (ok. 25 min), podobnie do Bangla Road. Jeśli komuś zależy na dobrym standardzie za rozsądne pieniądze i lubi spacerować w upale - będzie to idealny wybór :)

1km vom Padong Beach

Check in/-out sehr freundlich und Personal sehr bemüht.Haben uns speziell das Hotel wegen der Lage u. relativer Ruhe ausgesucht.Leider klingelte permanent der Fahrstuhl und Nachbarn waren bis tief in die Nacht laut und rücksichtslos. Am 1.Abend gab es gleich 1kleine Havarie.Dusche und Waschbecken sind übergelaufen.Leider funktionierte die Kurzwahltaste des Zimmertelefons nicht.Nach persönlicher Erläuterung an d. Rezeption hat 1freundl. MA den Abflussdeckel geöffnet+Wasser lief langsam ab.Der Abfluss ist definitiv verstopft+das Problem wiederholte sich bei jedem Duschvorgang erneut-ist ein allg.Problem d. Hotels,denn auch unsere Nachbarn haben 2Tg später Alarm ausgelöst.Lt. Buchungsbestätigung war Frühstück von 6:30-10:30.Am ersten Morgen wollten wir kurz nach 10 frühstücken.Das wurde uns zunächst verwehrt-es wäre nur bis 10.Im Zimmer+an d.Rezeption stand sogar bis 11Uhr.Da wir darauf bestanden,bekamen wir es dann doch noch.Das Frühstück ist einfach,aber ok.Kaffee ungenießbar. Zimmerservice war ungenügend. Es wurde nur ein Beutel mit frischen Handtüchern vor die Tür gestellt,obwohl wir immer das Zimmer in den ausgewiesenen Reinigungszeiten verlassen haben und erst spät wieder gekommen sind. Toilettenpapier sollte nur im Mülleimer entsorgt werden,nach 3 Tagen sehr unhygienisch und fragwürdig zugleich.Wir haben es der Rezeption gemeldet,es wurde sich entschuldigt,frische Handtücher aufs Bett gelegt, der Eimer geleert worden,aber weiter auch nichts.Kennen wir in Asien anders.

Very nice and comfortable stay

Very nice hotel for the price Bed is extremely big and comfy Bathroom had a mouldy smell, shower drain was blocking all the time But very stylish room , plenty of storage , and bed is A1 Hard to comunicate as I only speak English

New hotel set back from the hustle and bustle

Generally a good experience. Language is a barrier as we spoke no Thai and apart from May the hotel staff couldn't speak English. A new hotel going through 'teething pains' and I'm sure they will work them out. May was pleasant to deal with and was the saving grace. We changed rooms from a standard double to the Jacuzzi room after the first night. If you are a staying for more than a couple of nights we suggest choose a larger room. The football fields are behind though these didn't annoy us and distract from the stay. The floors are all tiled and this makes the interior of the hotel nosy. It depends on who is staying at the same time as to whether this will annoy you. All in all good value for money as its not overly expensive and is acceptable for the cost.
