"Staff was amazing, they really did their best to accommodate us. Concierge was excellent as well. I think the highlight of our trip was the tennis court availability. Even though it was raining the days we wanted to play tennis, we loved that the option was there for us. The tennis court is outdoors"

It was super expensive (over 500 yuan for four simple items) and tasted terrible. For that price, you would expect decent food. It was the worst meal we had in Shanghai. We can’t order food delivery because we don’t have a local phone number. We ask staff for the hotel number for delivery but didn’t work and we didn’t really get much help so we ended up ordering room service."
