"It’s a nickel and dime type resort. My suite was 400$ a night (one night,check in Thursday late, check out Friday) just the fees alone. All the things they don’t list pushed it to 980ish. One night. It’s not worth it. "

"Breakfast was great, made to order omelets. We were supposed to have a room with an atrium balcony, but it has no rooms with atrium balconies, none. Outside balconies only. The first room they put us in had no balcony, had to move us "

"Overall, the stay was good, rooms were clean. The staff at the time seemed to be very frazzled and overwhelmed. She stated that she was by herself and her demeanor definitely could have been better, but I understand. She didn't ask me if I arrived by car, which required a parking pass. Had I not noticed all the signs in the parking lot, my car could have been easily towed. I had to go in and ask about a pass, which I then learned I had to pay $15 for a pass, even though I was staying there overnight. Other than that, the stay was good."

"Unimpressive from location, condition, cleanliness, staff, parking, and pets. Selected bc pet friendly hotel. NOT pet friendly. Best I could say would be - pet fee. No place for pet to go, no staff could guide us in where to take our pet for the restroom. Massive renovation, hotel empty and open, unlocked rooms on the floor which was just creepy, linens stained and in need of replacing. Carpets old, hallway walls needed repainting. Just pass. The price was enough where even a low end moderate hotel would have been better. I would liken this location to a super8. Just PASS."

"Check in was at 4 but the room wasn't ready until 5pm. The room had an overwhelming smell of clearer when i 1st entered it. After the smell diminished, it was obvious to my son and I that someone had been smoking in the room. Both oders where in the room for the duration of our stay. "

"The room was clean and the ac worked great. There was a significant lack of outlets near the bedside tables. I had to have my phone charging across the room. Breakfast was decent and location was great."

"Large room and no carpet ? I was sold !! To be honest is not a 5 stars hotel however comply with basic requirements and the price was very fair ! I’ll come back to st Augustine for a weekend to this Hotel for sure !!"
