Everything was good

Our first time booked a children themed stay and it is wonderful! The room is so clean and well maintained. Check in process is smooth and we love to back again!

3rd time staying. Pleasant place and staff. Very convenient location and there are shopping options too!

All’s good, repeated stay. Thanks:)

Room was very spacious. There were some stains on the kitchen island, bed quilt and toilet bowl. Body shower was depleted. Breakfast was delicious but spread was just ok. Overall still a good hotel. Might stay again due to location.

Excellent location 400m from Legoland entrance. Excellent accommodation especially for famillies and larger groups up to 6. I read a lot of reviews that the breakfast was really bad... Nice owner and very helpful. Only issue is people playing loud music from 7am in the morning on weekends. Room was clean and bed comfortable, will stay again.

Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!

Very easy and fast check in & friendly staff

The female front desk staff told us that she can only register us as guests but for room availability, we had to check again at 2pm. However after waiting for about 40 minutes, a male front desk staff name Dennis came to me and informed me that they manage to get 1 room ready for us. Dennis was the epitome of professionalism. He was polite, professional and kind. He even brought the other room key card to us in our room....
