"Loved the Caribe Hilton because it’s a well-run good resort with lots of easy amenities just enjoying the property. The pool and bay beach with plenty of sun loungers is truly relaxing! Sid restaurants and Bobby bar with live music, Pop up shopping vendors. Kids activities, Ice cream sandwich shoppe, Starbucks and cute places right outside. While the rooms Lare a bit smaller/basic in need of a refresh and larger balconies! outside is so beautiful . It’s convenient to old San Juan & Condado. Would return again!"

"The staff at this hotel was beyond welcoming and accommodating. They go above and beyond to ensure that you are attended to and that you have your needs met while on your stay. They had the best recommendations and information about the islands. It was a very great stay here from valet, housekeeping, restaurant staff, concierge and guest services all were so helpful and pleasant. Would defiantly stay here again when visiting."

"Had a little trouble checking in as my card expired while holding the reservation. The cleaning of our room was actually superb to the point I felt obligated to leave a tip. The hotel is older and need some renovations but it is definitely worth the price. We were walking distances from a popular beach and only like 1 mile from Old San Juan. There is a scooter store up the street to rent scooters to get around. The hotel is in a perfect spot to walk and adventure. There was only 1 working elevator so a few points lost for that. Staff was great all around."

"Traveled with my family for her birthday, it was AMAZING. The staff were so kind and helpful. The resort was very clean and the beach is right in front of the hotel which was amazing. Many restaurants walking distance. Staff even decorated my room for my daughter!"
