"No warm water and were told that I lost a spoon which I didn’t even make coffee during the stay. The hotel made me sign a confirmation form that I didn’t lost the spoon. "

"The check in process takes quite sometime. But everything is good."

"The hotel environment is ok, near to shops and convenience stores within walking distance. Staff is also helpful and polite. The room cleanliness still needs improvement eventhough looks tidy but the floor is quite sticky and can see strains of hair on the floor or the bed, the bedsheet is also looking quite yellowish or with stains."

"I have a great stay. Staff is helpful and hard working.I use to stay there when Im in hadyai. 1 issue faced during this trip is the water. Very rusty smell when turn on the shower to bath. The basin water also have a lot of clorine. When I wash my face the water went into my eyes. Stinging sensation. "

"Rooms are cmean, quiet, amd safe area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little older, bit considering the area and price, it is expected and value is amazing. The only down side I had was inconsistent warm water and low pressure. Wifi would get a little slow mid morning "
