"This was a very central location to be based. Literally a few metres from a main area with lots of food and restaurant choices, 5-10 mins walk to the Geisha area, and about a 10 minutes walk to Kymiozu temple and a shopping street offering further food and restaurant choices as well as souvenirs. There were local buses available all along the street from the hotel and everywhere was easily accessed. The hotel itself was clean and beds were very comfortable. Would recommend it as an ideal location to be based for a visit to Kyoto."

"We loved our two night stay at this property. The city is very hectic and we found our room to be perfectly quiet. The rooftop bar was excellent with tacos and had a nice vibe. Dinner downstairs at the restaurant was delicious as well. We did our own laundry on property and didn’t have any issues with odor. We would highly recommend this hotel! "
