They offered a great continental breakfast and staff was very friendly. We traveled with our dog and the room was clean and comfortable. We also had a trailer and there was plenty of space to park.

In a safe area of Reno, no casino and was easy access to freeway. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel was clean, friendly staff and had nice amenities

Booking protection
Absolutely love the accommodations in my initial interaction with staff. However, when my trip was cut, short employees were not able to or were not willing to help me with a refund that was protected with booking insurance. This was very disappointing to me because the email concerning booking protection said if you need help contact this number and the number was to the hotel that I was staying at and the staff there. could not accommodate me. It was eventually handled by management.

We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. It was very clean; the room was spacious; comfortable bed. However, the breakfast could include a variety of hot food items; but not a big deal.

For the most part everything was great. The breakfast was good, the pool area clean. My only complaint was the wifi. My grandson logged in on his tablet and I was unable to gain access on my lap top. I cannot confirm, but it seems like only one access per room, which has never been an issue anywhere else. The night before we stayed at the Holiday Inn and did not have any issues. Also, an additional $4.95 per day to upgrade wifi is ridicules.
