Terrible hotel for only the most desperate. Smells like a pile of cigarettes in the lobby. Lots of homeless milling around the parking lot. The room had no view of the parking lot. And finally, there was some sort of horrible staining in the bathroom. I refused to stay and want a refund. The only good part was the host was nice.

When I chose this motel I chose this because I thought I would get a continental breakfast. There was none .This is false advertisement. I like to be reimburse. I had to pay for breakfast that I thought it was given by the hotel.

It was very disappointing. The first room that I got into was not even clean. The toilet paper was on the ground in the bathroom and the bed looked like someone slept in it. When I went downstairs to let the attendant know, she did apologize, which I appreciate, and she got me a new room. This room was also dirty. The bathroom was very disgusting and it also had hair in the drain . I didn’t go back downstairs because I was extremely exhausted especially from traveling here from Wisconsin. This is very disappointing. I would NOT recommend.

This hotel sucks., Criminal all night long in the parking lot, casino if you can call it that. The staff were rude and sucked. The rooms sucked. Dirty. Service sucks, no pool or real restaurant. I will never never stay there again.

The desk staff was friendly and efficient. Our disappointment was with the room and restaurant. Our room had only one bar of soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, no garbage can, no kleenex, no hand towels, and the faucet in the shower was broken and made it difficult to get hot water. There was a restaurant advertised, but it only served hamburgers for dinner, no salads or other sandwiches. A true disappointment for us after a long day of travel.

Checking in was a nightmare. Our room wasn’t clean so they offered me a new room, on the pet floor. I said no. Waited another 1.5 hours for my room to be cleaned and it still wasn’t so I opted for a pet room. It was cleanish for the most part but I did have to call down to the desk because a dog was barking! We were given two towels for our stay for three days and I asked for new clean ones and they didn’t have any! The hotel is connected to a casino so it’s a very sketchy neighborhood and people standing around

Check-in was normal. The first thing they said was not to walk off the hotel grounds as it was not safe...DAY OR NIGHT! The room was dirty...I realize that it is an older hotel, but the room really DID NOT look anything like what we saw online. The carpet was really old and terribly stained. After seeing how dirty my socks were, I didn't take my shoes off for the duration of our stay. The carpet was not fully vacuumed as there were crumbs.

The accommodations here are adequate. Inside the hotel proper feels like basic, sanitary shelter. The veteran staff does their best to maintain this basic level of safe, clean shelter with minimal amenities but working toilets and showers, clean sheets, steady AC. Outside the property doors, however, the atmosphere is take-your-chances hard-luck Skid Row. I am reasonably comfortable with urban grit, and while I didn’t feel personally threatened, this part of town east of downtown put me on guard. I gave a lot of people a wide berth. I hope Ramada and Wyndham are doing their part to support healthy living conditions in this part of town. I’d be interested to know how concerned individuals might support that effort. Meanwhile, this hotel and neighborhood really give off the vibe of being places of last resort.

The staff is top notch for what they are working with. Security is a joke and the casino reminds me a lot like Vegas Vacation with Chevy Chase. The outside had a lot of issues with people being intoxicated and homeless, I would have felt safer if security would have at least patrolled the parking lot. I was even asked if I wanted to buy drugs while I was out in the parking lot

We need got to stay at the property due to the week prior I had my drivers stolen and was waiting for new one I had a picture of it to provide with debt card holding room my husband had his physical license. But they still wouldn’t let us check in so we had to cancel reservation and we were without somewhere to stay had to drive around to find another hotel open.spent more money on a room than planned ruined our visit out here to house hunt to move. The lady of front counter was rude and inconsiderate I will Never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone because of something out if my control they left us without a place to stay with our kids driving around at night time not knowing area and having to spend more $ out of our pocket very unprofessional. Very unsatisfying

Take my review with a grain of salt, since I did not stay here with any desire to explore what the hotel had to offer, was busy out and about for most of my 2 days in town. I was on the 11th floor, and I could hear bass-bumping music late into the night, well past when I needed to go to sleep around 10 pm. Woke me up several times. Also woken up super early by construction near the hotel. So my sleep was poor overall to say the least. The only breakfast options in the place, given that the diner apparently doesn't open for breakfast (at least it doesn't on the weekends?), were a bunch of apples, and very tiny muffins, and coffee. All of it complimentary, at least, but still quite meager. You're much better off walking to Denny's down the street. But walking down the street is a whole 'nother issue, as every time I walked out the front doors, I was met with yelling, aggressive homeless people, reminding me that I need to wait inside the cigarette reeking hotel lobby for an uber to be safe. That all being said, this was an extremely cheap hotel option, which is why I went with it. And my experience here was in general much better than any recent budget hotel options I've had to deal with. So if the above seems worth a very low price point for you, by all means.

The rooms were okay, nothing special, didn’t feel clean. The casino and diner downstairs attracted homeless people, and people doing drugs out in the open. There were guests in the next room over smoking pot and burning incense, that’s all we could smell.

Building is very outdated. Facilities look unclean due to age. The bathtub floors are rusted. Rugs look unhygienic. The AC and heating is faulty. Lastly, it’s understaffed, difficult to get service on timely manner. Doors are locked at 10pm due to suspicious people loitering outside. A lot of other better choices in the area.

The other is rather sketchy and the WiFi doesn't work. I called before booking and was assured the Internet was stable and you can use it for business. None of it was true. The casino is small, dirty and low quality slots.

We contract with a vendor for preventative pest control monthly, as well as have random inspections provided by the Health Department on a semi-annual basis to ensure pest control, as well as overall cleanliness standards, are maintained.
