The grounds were absolutely beautiful with palm trees and birds everywhere, creating such a peaceful and tropical atmosphere. The pools were huge, clean, and inviting. One of the highlights was being able to swim at night, which made the experience even more magical. There were also gift shops, complimentary drinks, and a good variety of food options that made dining easy and enjoyable. The resort was also very convenient. Transportation was available to and from other destinations, including the airport, and the tour desk made it simple to book excursions, activities, and rides whenever needed. Overall, it was an exotic and relaxing experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, beautiful, and stress-free getaway. I can’t wait to return!"

"We loved the overall setup. We stayed in the Brizas section, which is in need of renovation and, fortunately, scheduled for updates. Next time, we’ll most likely stay in the Vistas. The check-in process took far too long—about an hour and a half—which was definitely a drawback. One night, the fire alarm went off at 3 a.m. with no explanation or guidance from the staff, and repeated attempts to reach the front desk went unanswered. Needless to say, my wife was quite shaken by the experience."
