"Great room, clean and comfortable beds"

"We loved everything about this hotel. The location was great, Jeff and Steve at reception were so helpful, the room was clean. The breakfast choices were amazing! The one thing I’ll mention is the rooms on the back of the hotel can be pretty loud as the trolley runs right by it. But that was minor compared to how great everything else was. "

"Great location and view of the Ferris wheel and Alcatraz from our balcony, but hotel room was very run down. You could tell the property is in need of some major updates. Lobby was nice with games for the kids but rooms were very small and not very clean. Wish there was an easy breakfast option, we had to walk out to find some cafes in the morning. Easy to walk to many things at Pier 39 and near, but probably wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Very central to so many attractions. Fisherman’s wharf was less than 10min walk. Walgreens is just up the street. They give Oreo cookies with milk every night. I was able to send a complimentary postcard to a friend in NJ they paid the postage! We booked a Alcatraz tour the next day after check out and we were able to leave our car parked there until 6pm. My husband had medication that needed to be stored in a fridge and the front desk helped store it. The vintage bus stop to get to pier 33 Embarcadero was just a few steps away. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. We would definitely come back!! "

"My aunt enjoyed the pool time, the hotel location is very convenience easy to everywhere and everything. Clean is the most important to me tho. "

"Great location near the Regency Ballroom, where my event was taking place. In-and-out parking is appreciated, as is parking until 2pm day of check-out. The room was spotless and everything was in decent shape, except for the bathroom fan that rattled loudly. Loved having a coffee maker, but there was only sugar, no half & half (Mini Moos would be great; powdered whitener is icky). "
