The Izumiotsu subway station is a short 4 minute walk away and the supermarket is only 3 minutes. The supermarket has a fantastic selection of ready-to-eat choices. "The Rooms here are very small. I found the hallway sometimes smelled of smoke. But it’s a non-smoking hotel. It’s next to the subway station. They offer free coffee, free tea and soda in the lobby. A continental breakfast of hard boiled eggs and pastries is offered. The soda machine was a bit dirty.
Lawsons convenient store is next door. There are lots of restaurants and Bars near by. There is even a Burger King across the street.

The only slightly negative thing was the hotel had construction outside going on while we were there, but I feel like the hotel did everything possible to minimize inconvenience and it really didn't bother us too much."

The neighbourhood was quiet, not a bustling area. Quite expensive for its location & facilities which in my room were cramped. Staff tried their best. The Blanc Cafe up the street was nice."
