This property is not in the thick of the hustle of town yet very close to walk in easily. Great bakery right on the corner for easy treats. The only downside for this property was the management. We felt like Rosanna was constantly check on us, whether we were using the space correctly, when we were coming and going, even how much we were using the air-conditioned, she turned it off on us both nights and we had to request it be turned back on. This made it less relaxing than it could have been.

My room was quiet spacious and very clean. Rosana, the hostess was very welcoming and helpful. We communicated via Google translate as she didn't speak English very much and my Spanish is non-existent. I would highly recommend this hotel and would come back again!

It’s not worth it
Heater (AC) works until 11 pm and it doesn’t work nights hours when it gets really cold. Breakfast is just 2 pieces of bread with jam. You can hear all neighbors upstairs. Imagine they wake up at 5 am to go for a tour

Very happy with this facility. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood which is within walking distance to the center of town of San Pedro de Atacama. Highly recommend this place!

Very nice place to spend a few days in San Pedro. The staff was wonderful!, including Fany and her daughter. The only let down was that the heater was turn off automatically every night at midnight and the weather is very very cold.

Basic accommodation. Spacious, clean, overpriced
Very basic accommodation. Hostel quality. Clean and spacious. Ok part of town. Main issue was the air conditioning advertised is turned off at night and only on for a short period in the day. It is very hot. Private car park a bonus. Breakfast arrangement complex, have to give a precise time the day before for room delivery.

Pricey very basic place. Clean but stifling hot.
This is really a very basic place. Very old linen, towels and furniture. Very budget which the price doesn’t reflect. I booked it as it was one of a few properties advertising air conditioning. It barely works and is limited to a few daytime hours and turned off at night. They have no fans which is unusual in San Pedro, the reason given that there is aircon. The places is boiling. If you get hot at night or in the day do not book here. Having said that, the place is surprisingly spacious. Very clean. I liked the staff. A bonus was a secure car park.

It was very clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was only a short 5-10 min walk to the centre of the town, where there were lots of restaurants and bars. It was a great base for exploring the Atacama desert!

This hotel was clean and we very much appreciated the fresh water dispenser and the complimentary breakfast or box lunch. It's not new and and mostly just a place to sleep, but not hang around at. I would like to say that what makes it special is the staff. Briana speaks English and was able to help us in a transportation crises due to the protests. She took charge and went above and beyond to help us. For that, I will always be grateful to her.

The room is large and the bed is comfortable. We liked that there was a TV and the internet actually worked!! But mainentance needs to be improved within the kitchen. We also didn't like that it was very difficult to get service at the front. When we arrived we waited out a front gate for some time before anyone answered the buzzer. We also were trying to check out and couldn't find anyone.

I noticed that there were a few negative reviews for this hotel, but I think that they were completely wrong. This is a great hotel! It is small and quiet, even though it is just a few minutes walk from the center of town. The manager was warm welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was brought to the room every morning, and you could also ask for a box lunch if you were going on an excursion. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and well designed, with a kind of loft bedroom and a downstairs kitchen/dining area, and outside there are tables, chairs and a small shared pool. And the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was really quirky which we really liked. Easy walk to the main area. Check in was easy, staff was great. Plenty to eat for breakfast. No complaints at all.

The hotel is cute and our loft is nice and spacious. But the whole thing went downhill when I lifted up the cover and found short curly hairs on the sheets. A couple of hairs on the bed usually doesn’t bother me too much because I think the sheets could be clean but some hairs may just be stuck during the laundry process. So at first I started picking them off and throwing them on the floor. After I repeated this process probably 10 times as I uncovered more and more hairs along the way, I became grossed out as it was clear the sheets have not been changed since the last guest. I went downstairs and asked the receptionist for a clean set of sheets which she gladly changed for us, so the staff especially the woman who works the late shift was nice and helpful. This was around 8pm at night when we just got back from dinner. Our loft has only 1 heater on the second floor and the heat wasn’t strong enough, leaving the place very cold at night. Even worse, the heater kept turning off in the middle of the night and we couldn’t figure out how to have it stay on so we pretty much woke up everyday for 4 days at 5:30am from the coldness. We talked to the staff everyday to check the heater, but it continued throughout our stay. But the hotel has a cute dog FiFi and generally pleasant staff. They need to invest in better heating system as the nights were around 30 Degrees Fahrenheit when we stayed there in late May.

We had an amazing stay at Apart Hotel Parina. Our host was incredibly friendly, great breakfast and the staff went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. An absolute gem of a hotel in San Pedro!

Excellent facilities
Would highly recommend staying here. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The private kitchen was welcomed after being on the road a long time. There's a nice outdoor area that you can relax in too. The breakfast was one of the best we've had so far in South America. The only drawback was that they forgot to deliver our breakfast at the time I had ordered it for so we were left for an hour waiting wondering where it was before I reminded them. San Pedro itself is quite expensive so be prepared! Thats why the private kitchen was such a great addition to the rooms

It is a modern, clean and fully equipped kitchen apartment at quiet location wthin walking distance to the center. It is an oasis in desert. Host was extremely helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to contact our transfer to airport twice to ensure we would be picked up at 5:30 in the morning even though we didn't book transfer through them. Thank you so much Parina!

We spent 8 nights in the Apart Hotel and would stay there again. The stay were helpful, the apartment was fine and we enjoyed the breakfasts that were included. It was nice to sit by the pool at the end of the day. It had daily house-keeping. We ate at the local restaurant around the corner a number of times (lunch only, but served till quite late) and even took take-out there and supplemented it with fresh vegetables for dinner. There are a few small local shops not far away. It is a 10 minute walk to the tourist zone, so the apart/hotel is not really in the tourist zone, giving the feeling of being a little closer to the local population. We rented a pick-up truck for a few days and parked it in the secure parking across the street (it was a little tight when there were other vehicles, but still OK) The unit is a little dark, but that is normal for a desert environment. The comfortable bed is on the 2nd floor, but the bathroom is on the ground floor. It was mostly quiet at night (there are plenty of street dogs in San Pedro). We would stay here again. It was one of our favorite accommodations while we were in Chile/Argentina.

Great Spot to stay in San Pedro
Great place to stay in San Pedro. Room was nicer than the photos made it look. Cute lounge area up top and pool for cooling down on the hot days. Front desk staff was amazing. They make breakfast everyday and if you cannot attend breakfast they will send you a packed lunch. Parking lot across the street is locked up and has covered spots. 5-10 minute walk to all restaurants, shops and bars.

A quaint hotel in an amazing town of San Pedro
It is a small quaint hotel that blends well with the desert environment. The rooms are a bit small and cramped, but there is a separate sit out area, which is good. Bathrooms was not great, with the wash basin and flush in not great condition. Wifi was available but one had to keep reconnecting. The staff were very courteous, pleasant and helpful. Language was a problem though and one needed google translator.

Great Stay
Great stay about a 10min walk from the main street but that means peace and quiet. Great hostess with good English very helpful. Kitchen with gas elements and jug plus dishes and pots and pans. Lovely breakfast served in room. Really enjoyed our stay not sure why it’s only 2.5 stars because we were very impressed.

Great stay and service
Great location in a quiet part of the town. Parking is convenient and safe. The room itself was large and had all the facilities needed to make the stay comfortable. Service from the desk was very good too and accommodated us despite our very late arrival. In room Breakfast was delivered promptly at the time requested and was delicious. However the to-go breakfast was lesser in quantity and was not sufficient for us.

Perfect Apartment
Amazing apartment for a stay in San Pedro. Very clean, comfortable, spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast was really good. Staff were very helpful in every way, providing us plenty of info about local tour companies, restaurants and activities. Would definitely recommend. Location was good, only a short walk into the town centre and even shorter walk to/from the bus station.

Fiquei na suíte standard. Tamanho bom p/ 1 pessoa. O banheiro é bem pequeno, algo como 1,5x1,1m, box bem pequeno, mas vazão da água e louças boas, inclusive o chuveiro. Foi permitido fazer o check-in antecipado e, de modo geral, considerando que é no deserto e tem poeira na cidade toda, é um local limpo. O café da manhã é com hora marcada e se não for nesse horario ou se você sair antes do início (7h30) para algum passeio (o que é bem usual) fica sem café. Desse modo, por 3 diarias não pude usufruir do café da manhã. Não fornecem nenhum tipo de snacks e mesmo agua você tem que comprar e trazer para o frigobar. O café consiste de 1termica de agua quente, saches de acucar, 2 saches de café instantaneo e 2 de chá; 3 fatias de pão, 1 fatia de presunto, 1 de queijo e 1 de salame. Potinhos de manteiga, doce de leite e 1de geleia. E 1 taça de frutas picadas com iogurte. É sempre igual. No dia anterior da minha saída, perguntaram se eu gostava deovos mexidos e disseram que seriviriam no café da última diária. Não serviram. Fica a uns 15min de caminhada das ruas principais e, apesar de ser seguro, com o cansaço e altitude, fica sendo um caminho longo para caminhar diariamente. Solicitei cabides e um cadeira extra para colocar a mala e me forneceram. Tem amenidades, xampu, condicionador e sabonete.

La struttura è bella pulita, l'unico inconveniente per così dire che ho trovato lo staff parla solamente in spagnolo e non Inglese od altre lingue.
