Beautiful villa. Great location, 2 min walk to market, beach, shops and numerous restaurants. A great chef and driver at the villa. Impressed with the service of the owner. Perfect for us, our children and the grandparents.

my room was upgraded to private pool villa. Extremely comfortable bed with very beautiful and unique deco.

The room and ensuite were large, airy, and clean. The Aircon was excellent. The staff were efficient and friendly. The restaurant and room service excellent. Nearby was many restaurants and a 10 minute stroll to the beach.

Our stay was very pleasant even during the few days with rain, since the hotel's Kids Splash programm is very good. In an open basement there is a chess game with big figures, pool tables, pingpong tables, darts, playstation, corner for small kids, and the staff is very nice with their animation programm (games in the pool, arts and crafts, treasure hunt and more). They even help with the playstation programms. The hotel grounds are nicely maintained, clean, and through the back door one can...

The place is rather new so condition of the facilities was above standard. The room itself was also great, spacious with a full kitchenette and large bathroom. The swimming pool was also great for relaxing after day excursions to Denpasar or the Sanur beach. The only minus was the a bit off location from the main streets of Sanur. It is though easily reachable by car or foot, once you locate the right street.

We never fail to stay Mercure each time we go Sanur as it's right in front of the surf where we go surfing and fishing. Good facilities for families, though not the most posh, but it's fun and organic feeling. We will always go back Mercure Sanur.

excellent hotel in strategic location. but too bad the breakfast was not to my liking. probably that's just me and that's not a deal breaker!

Great staff and wonderful location and venue

the hotel is a little hard to find (it's in a small alleyway) but it's very near all the main sights in kuta. The location is superb, smack in the middle of everything...but despite that, the minute you step into the compound, the chaos and noise melts away.
