She kindly offered me a complimentary upgrade to an ocean grand suite with an expansive & wonderful view of hotel grounds & the sea👍👏❤️ Moreover, the restaurant service officer, Mr Gustra, provided excellent service and prepared my favourite masala tea daily 🌟❤️ Thank you, Sumitra, for delivering a memorable vacation 💥🌊🌞

Enjoyed my stay at the Akaya. Special shoutout to GM Made, who managed to clarify and resolve an issue on a sudden restriction of water supply to my room. Thank you for your professionalism and patience! Location is excellent with easy access to shops, spas, and if you dive, check out the dive shop in the property as well. Highly recommended stay!

Klumpu is a small boutique hotel and has 5 or 6 villas only, so maximum occupancy is limited to about 24. Beautiful lush garden setting, nice pool area and a small restaurant make this a great place to spend a few days in pure tranquility. Very well maintained hotel under dutch management. Good overall value.

The service was great, the staff always had a smile for us and was very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, the room was well appointed and the location of the hotel is superb. It has beach access and access to a great walkway that stretches for about 5km and makes for excellent running in the morning. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

I could enjoy staying in Andaz

We stayed in one of the suites. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the beach. Apart from a few minor cosmetic/wear and tear issues, it was a really comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The onsite spa/massage treatment, whilst a bit more expensive than some of the services u can get on the street was very good and much more private and serene than those road side parlours. I wouldn't bother about having dinner at the restaurant.. wasn't crazy expensive but the food was...

The hotel entrance is very grand and beautiful. Check-in was smooth and fast, the reception staffs were very attentive and asked if we had any food allergy. The room was very clean, bedsheet and towels are very white and clean. The room service comes twice per day to makeup room. The minibar items are all free and there are a lot of fruits on the table. Room makeup made cute decorated towels. Room is very big and comfortable. I like it that the shower, bath tub, toilet, washing and makeup area...

Beautiful villa. Great location, 2 min walk to market, beach, shops and numerous restaurants. A great chef and driver at the villa. Impressed with the service of the owner. Perfect for us, our children and the grandparents.

Lovely rooms with classy finishes and toiletries. Small but nice pool, great landscaping. Manager on site Putu was friendly and accommodating. Only negatives were no bottled water, no coffee/tea sachets provided until we requested specifically. Also a hit overpriced for a place about 10 mins walk to beach given that for same price we could easily have stayed on the beach with breakfast included.

It's quiet yet just 2 min walk from the main street. So still very convenient. Only stayed one night and would have loved to stay longer. Great facility and very comfortable. Towels look a little old but they are still clean.

We just had a six-night stay at the Pavilions Bali two bedroom pool villa. Staff were genuinely warm and helpful, it made us feel so welcomed. The villa grounds are a nice and quiet retreat from the buzz of Sanur. The breakfast is served in the villa with a good variety of options to choose from. In-room dining is a life saver during rainy weather when staying in the villa was a better option. Food was carefully prepared and very delicious.
