A estadia foi boa, as meninas da recepção foram super atenciosas e tentaram ao máximo acomodar o meu early check in. O studio não era ruim mas poderia ter sido melhor. Não estava tão limpo. Achei a cama um pouco dura. O studio fica próximo de vários pontos de interesse, localização incrível. Ficaria novamente.

Ótimo custo benefício e excelente localização!

Excelente localização, uma quadra da padaria Bella Paulista e próximo dos shoppings C3 e Cidade. Tem Carrefour express 24h na Paulista a 1 quadra. Caminhei sozinha na Paulista à noite, inclusive, sem problema, bastante movimentado e com policiamento ostensivo em vários pontos. Quanto ao apto, é confortável, com ótima cama e chuveiro bem quente e com pressão. Travesseiros um pouco altos para mim. A pia fora do banheiro não é ideal, mas eu já sabia e não atrapalha tanto assim (afeta mais na iluminação para maquiar-se, por exemplo). A mesa para trabalho é decente, com uma cadeira de plástico até que confortável para pouco tempo de uso. A decoração é mesmo moderna e atualizada, conforme as fotos. Ótima limpeza. Legal ter frigobar. Usei pouco a parte da cozinha, mas senti falta de pano de prato. Tem pouquíssimos utensílios. Microondas resolve bem. Voltaria!

Quarto confortável, mas muito barulhento, devido às paredes serem de drywall. Poderia ter ao menos uma panela ou frigideira disponível, mas tem q alugar. A localização é muito boa, perto da estação de metrô e da avenida Paulista.

Boa estadia, excelente localização

Acredito que a nota geral do local deveria ser maior, mas as reclamações sao válidas. Primeiro os pontos negativos: As paredes realmente são finas e haviam vezes que ouvia pessoas tossindo "ao meu lado". A pia ao lado do banheiro tinha a madeira rachada, então sempre que ligava a torneira vazava água, o que me forçou a usar a pia do cooktop para atividades como escovar os dentes, etc. Pontos positivos: Funcionários simpáticos e bem preparados, fui bem tratado do check in ao check out. Quarto muito confortável e ar-condicionado, chuveiro excelente com uma janela que da um pouco de medo e a localização nem se fala, perto de tudo e do lado da estação Paulista Pernambucanas

Já fiquei várias vezes nas unidades do apê smart. São convenientes e, em geral, bem localizados. Sinto falta de terem mais equipamentos de cozinha disponíveis para o hóspede.

Boa hospedagem

A estadia é boa. Como sugestão, poderia ter um carrinho para levarmos itens do carro até o andar do apto. Esses carrinhos tipo de supermercado. Ajudaria muito. Isto não implicaria aumento de custos, pois cada um usaria o carrinho e levaria de volta até a recepção ou até o estacionamento. Já que o estacionamento é bem caro, poderiam oferecer este conforto para os hospedes. Fica a dica.
