"So, the room was great which is the most inportant thing. It did provide free ear plugs due to the noise. We don’t need them and slept fine. Food is not available in the hotel. So, you have to eat out which is ok. The thing that let it down for me was when booking in it all seemed to be about selling us things (or trying to!). The concierge just tried to sell rather than help."

Everything was well organised, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service. "Absolutely love this place! Gorgeous lobby, helpful staff, great views. The daily activities were fun and our bartender in the bar was a delight! The only disappointment was the coffeeshop. It needs to be updated and the quality of the coffee and pastries really needs to match the food city that it's located in. Other than that a great stay and will happily return!"
