"I only stayed for one night but will definitely be returning to this hotel. A beautiful building in a fabulous location, 10 minutes walk from North Greenwich tube and the O2. Everything about my stay was perfect, from the friendly, efficient check-in, to the plentiful and prompt elevators, the beautiful, well appointed and comfortable room with an amazing view… I could not fault a single thing. Room service and breakfast were excellent and check out was just as fast and professional as check-in. I didn’t drive, but there is a spacious car park which I will avail of next time after my traumas on this occasion with Avanti West Coast."
"Great place and location. Everything is new, loved being able to sit on the roof terrace in the evening.
My only complaint was about the check-in procedure, even though I’d booked and paid online ages ago I needed to produce phone ID in the form of a passport or driving licence. Never heard of this in my own country! , didn’t have either on me but had 2 debit cards in my name on me , that was refused. Thankfully I remembered that I had a railcard on my phone, that was acceptable . We found the whole process of check-in stressful as we didn’t know if we were going to be allowed to stay."
