La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Phoenix Scottsdale

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Phoenix Scottsdale

10/10 Excellent
"Friendly staff. Ample parking. Quality of breakfast just ok...stale carbs and strange sausage. Good variety, though, and service. Coffee was always hot. Very clean rooms, friendly housekeeping staff which is incredibly unusual these days! Nice spacious room and good wifi. Bed comfort about 8/10. Didnt get to use the pool because the gate was locked yet people were in it later. Not sure if it hadn't opened yet? Strange on a beautiful sunny 80 degree morning. There was trash sitting by the pool that was probably from night before and not cleaned up yet. Trashy guests fault for leaving it but still it should have been attended to. Doors to rooms need to be redone...repainted or something. Noticed they all had dents and marks and mine had space between the door and the lock so wasn't sure how secure it was. Strange considering the overall condition is great. Not sure if this used to be some other hotel and Doors are last to be redone or what. Overall great stay."
