"This particular Check-in staff was poorly trained and not helpful at all. AC noisy with temperature and fan speed hard to regulate. Facility need updating. Had room changed and the AC is only minimally improved. Sleep quality severely impacted and would not stay here again. No complimentary water provided even though I am a Hyatt member. Overall not getting the quality expected from the rates charged for my 4-night stay."

"Staff was friendly. Parking is uncovered and car was scorching hot. Very, very small workout area not even sure you could call it a workout area. Extremely convenient location, helpful staff was willing to store our luggage while we explored after checkout."
