"Stayed here for a wedding near by. The pool area and greenery were very nice, but the rooms aren’t well insulated from sound and they aren’t ideal for getting ready (bad layout and lighting)."

"The service was unprofessional very rude. Breakfast is non-existent, unless you deem a plastic to-go container of cereal and powdered milk as breakfast. The photographer for this establishment should be commended for their exceptional work, because it doesnt look anything like its pictures. The pool is nice. No jets in the hot tub."

"Tons of amenities and a large, useful space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. My only complaint was with the traffic noise until 3am on popular nights for people to go out (Saturday night was the loudest)."

They were telling customers they could cancel their reservation and go somewhere else. wWe had to wait about an hour for the system to come up. They couldn’t accommodate us and just give us an empty room and figure it out later. We were there for a show on the next night. It’s a good thing we didn’t arrive the same day as the show. Everything else about the place was nice and convenient location."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Valley Ho. We loved the room, the grounds, the pool areas and the restaurant food was excellent . The staff was wonderful too. It was easy to walk into old town and the many restaurants and shops in the area."

"I booked a room on the first floor & it was conveniently located to the swimming pool. I liked the convenience of being able to walk back & forth to swim. Our room had a view of the pool and the lake. On Friday they had pool service for food & drinks. The restaurant bar & patio was next to the pool which was perfect for me due to my limited mobility. The menu has a nice variety. I enjoyed Breakfast, Lunch, & dinner. Excellent food & Drinks. The chairs on the patio are very comfortable. “Terry” our waiter & server was fabulous. He’s on top of his game! Personable & Creative with cocktails. Delicious "
