Property was great . Great staff , villa was clean and breakfast good . Big downside was bathroom wall seperating from next door bathroom not full height so you could hear villa next door in shower and on toilet. Shame to say would never stay there again.

Nice little villa although a bit in need of some tlc but overal a great stay. The villa pool was great. Staff were very nice and friendly. The central pool was also very nice and very quiet. The semi open air showers are something else. Which seems like an open invitation for every creepy crawler you can imagine.

The only thing that was not satisfactory was the shower as we didn't have hot water for 2 days and when we did get hot water, it was only for a minute or so... Otherwise, we loved our stay there... as always, the staff - the people were 10 out of 10... they couldn't be more helpful... just beautiful people... thank you

Only good thing is location!
The location of the property is amazing. But the main reason for picking this property was the private pool, which was not very clean. Also overall the property is slightly old and you can see paint chipping off the walls and lights not working well. It was a comfortable stay, but for what we paid, we would love it to be cleaner.

We stayed here for two nights It was fantastic great value clean and fully contained private villa private pool and kitchen staff very friendly and helpful Close to everything and tucked away at the back of hotels. If I have the more money would of stayed longer great value highly recommended Australian tourists Thank you Wayne & Fiona

Ant ant ant, everywhere is ant, even toilet bowl, basin also have ant ! Facility is old and no maintainance. With this price is worst than i stay at guest house. Good thing is , the water pressure is strong and room size is big

Stayed in the 1 bedroom villa, nice small pool which came in handy after hot walks, massive bathroom with good water pressure, ac is only in bedroom, only real issue we had was the bed felt like it was made from rock, very hard

The property is very close by a lot of shops and restaurants. Staffs are friendly but i hope there will be more upgrade soon in the facilities. We were scared of a gecko clinging in the ceiling lol. Overall it was good stay

Private and quiet villas, walkable to the shops and beach, need some repairs but you can see upgrades are slowly starting to happen. Staff are very friendly and only happy to assist with any problems you might encounter. Great value for money,my wife loved it!

Just a normal villa, not sure how it get it's 4 star rating. All that you read are accurate (shower not working, room in poor condition, ants all over bed, aircon not cold) Otherwise a rather-okie place to stay in

Disgusting. Mouldy green slimey pool in villa, old grey thin linen and towels with holes, dirty curtains, broken and dangerous sun deck. Tried to contact expedia 4 times with no response. Been going to bali for 30 years this is the worse i have seen in accommodation.

Very private..have our own pool. The only thing i noticed is their bathtub...old and need to he replaced or scrub it to get rid of the nasty dirt. Never use their tub...thanks goodness have own pool

On arrival to the villa, we were greeted but a very friendly and helpful receptionist. The villa was stunning at first glance, however we later came to realise that there was issues with the toilet, resulting in 2 episodes of flooding. There was also minimal hot water within the facility. I would recommend the property also invests in personal washing and ironing facilities as there was none available. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and the staff were fabulous!

out of two rooms booked one rooms aircon did not work . Inspite of reporting the issue they could not make it alright. All the guests from the other villa had to sleep in one villa which lead to a lot of discomfort.

You get what you pay for.
Not bad. You get what you pay for with these villas. If you want 5 stars pay an extra $50-$100 per night. Breakfast delivered at the time you choose was ok but not fancy. Bed comfortable. Air conditioning in bedroom good. Villa was cleaned every day but old bottle tops were still in the garden. Staff need to go beyond the basics with maintenance. Villa pool was warm but had broken tiles and decking was loose. Main pool good. Check in strictly in 2pm. Southern villas get the maniacal rooster at 4am be warned not much sleep after that.

just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice space for me and my wife the private pool was great. Not a lot of sunlight but that was fine as we were out most during the day.

Fairly noisy with nearby roosters, dogs etc in the early mornings but overall the villas are a great place to stay with central location, plenty of space and friendly staff. Pools are lovely too.

Like. The pools both plunge and resort pools were clean. Property is quiet but close to shopping. Staff were friendly and were quick to respond to requests. Food was fine. Dislikes. The photos on website don't show the fact it's looking a bit tired. The tiles in lounge area and bathroom are super slippery when wet. Towels need replacement- fraying and had holes in them. Microwave was listed but not there, also hair dryer had to be requested. Not value for money.

Great location, good price, private pool is perfect if you want your own privacy. Wi-Fi was beyond terrible could not even go on google to research anything. Breakfast was good but you only got instant coffee.

It's a pity that the villa is not well maintained. The villa itself is spacious and nice with a nice outdoor dining area and a decent length pool. The towels are old, with stained marks and the kitchen is poorly equipped and not well maintained.

Location and service was good but the villa came short on hygiene as too many insects and lizards due to bushes around . Need revamp as the rooms are very oljd too. Not going to come back again to this property till it’s upgraded . Not good value for money

The large pool and bar was beautiful but there was no bartender the whole time we were there. The layout of the villas was really nice but in need of more renovations. The plumbing was loose, the furniture needs finishing and the pool needs a new filter.

I stayed here back in February and loved it! The villa and private pool are just as wonderful as they look in the photos. Close walk to the beach and shops, a great home base for exploring... Would definitely stay here again!

Nice but could use a clean
The villa is nice and the room service good, breakfast was great some days and limited other days but still not too bad. The bathroom smelt like urine so we got some insence to mask that but that could be just a normal bali sewerge issue maybe. Bit of a walk to the main road and beach, it looks close on the map but we found it to be pretty far away. The pool was nice but a little dirty. I wish they had a pool fence option but it was very expensive to fence through the villa. The airport transfer was also expensive through the villa. You can hear other villas easily as bathroom and lounge is all open.
