RC Villas are in a great location close to everything. The staff were wonderful and very friendly would do anything for us. The pool in the Villa we stayed in needs work which is going to be done. We have booked a 2 bedroom Villa for later in the year which looked beautiful.The only thing the Villas lack is a coffee machine in the room, we regularly travel around the world including Bali and RC Villas is the only place we have stayed without a coffee machine in the last ten years.

The staff were super friendly and accomodating and always smiled and said hi whenever they saw you. The daily breakfast in the villa was good and perfectly portioned. Although a little dated, the property is well maintained and situated very well, walking distance from many of the amenities you might need. Would happily stay here again

The villa is nice and the pool is a great size. Not one of the best villas I’ve stayed in in Seminyak and could do with a freshen up but it was adequate. I stayed over Christmas so it was more expensive than better villas I have stayed in for less at other times, however it was fine for 3 nights. The bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable.

Disappointing.
Family holiday for 4nights in Seminyak. Villa was disappointing compared to photographs and villas we’ve stayed at before in this area- Peppers/Dusun. Staff were lovely but owners are failing to put money back into business…towels were very grey and old looking, marks on walls, kitchen in poor state, some tiles coming off pool. Plug didn’t work in bath which I’d noted was on a previous comment years ago!! Garden was lovely and position is good but clearly owners are squandering opportunities and resources. Such a shame, we paid $500/night for 2 bed villa but money would have been better spent elsewhere.

We loved our stay here, for sure come back again. This villa made our honeymoon memorable. Clean, quiet, well maintained, friendly staff, closer to shops, beach and dining options. The only thing I would say not positive was that breakfast was below average.

Staff were amazingly lovely and attentive but the actual villa is definitely showing it’s age. Sliding doors from bedrooms to outside have gaps between walls and doors allowing mosquitoes in. Both baths did not have working plugs so we could not take a bath with the lovely salts provided. Pool was lovely. Beds were great. Position is great. Breakfasts were good.

Amazing place in the heart of Seminyak.
Fantastic location walking distance to Ku De Ta, Seminyak Village and Eat street. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and it was massive! Incredibly spacious and great facilities. The pool area was amazing.

Pictures were very accurate and that's a good thing as this is a very pretty little property. There are probably 8 to 10 villas there. Driver was at airport waiting when we cleared customs and took us straight away to the villas.

Friendly staff and convenient location
Wifey wants to find a quiet and relaxed place for holiday so we managed to get this unit. This villa is located at the corner of Seminyak yet convenient access to the shops, restaurants (the famous Nia is within steps away) and the local mall. The staff has been readily helpful abd proactive and enthusiastic about our stay. The pool quality has been decent. The only downsides are too many mosquitos and the pool water is chilly. We will definitely choose this place next time.

Had a wonderful memorable time at RC villas
Myself and my partner had a fantastic time at RC villas, the staff were so attentive and endeavoured to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It was so beautiful and quiet inside the villa area even though it was right off one of the main ‘eat streets’ in Seminyak. The pool is huge! We stayed indoors probably more than went out because it was so relaxing. Thanks so much everyone at RC villas, you are all so nice and give that extra attention to detail. We will be back !

Excellent stay in a wonderful villa. Access to the town and beach is just a short walk making the location of the villa perfect. Breakfast cooked for you in the villa is a great touch. Loved our stay here and will definitely be returning

Location, Staff and maintenance !!!
Close to restaurants, beach, markets, shops, money changers massages/spa and even Balinese cooking class if you want. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at RCVillas - yes, the linen and towels are grey!! and the pool tiles in need of maintenance but it doesn't seem to matter much because the staff are so lovely. The kitchen is not well equipped and the water cooler doesn't actually cool water BUT the ladies who cooked our breakfast were very skilled at serving a beautiful breakfast and quietly cleaning up afterwards !!!! After a day of touring, shopping etc it was so nice to return to our villa which was so quiet and private, compared to the chaos and noise out on the streets. From the heat, humidity and dust to the pool !!!! The reception staff went out of their way to assist us and always with a smile. I believe the old saying "an organization's most valuable resource is it's staff" is appropriate in this case. Terimah Kasih everyone xx

Even though this hotel is in a very busy part of the island, the individual villas our tucked away in a quite location. The beach is only a five-minute walk away, a Starbucks is right down the street as well as live bands.

told reception three times that the aircon wasn't working and that we had even tried to draw the curtains just in case the problem was the heat outside. We were told three times that they would look into it and fix it. On our way in for the night (third time) I asked if the problem had been resolved and was told that if it still wasn't cold, they would swap us to another villa the next night. - that was our one and only night in the villa (?!) so we spent - what was meant to be a surprise night on our anniversary's last stop before heading home, tossing and turning in a too hot room. The Villa is also very run down compared to the other time I have stayed there. Will not be returning.

Great Villa that could use updating.
Villa was larger than most in the local area for the price. Nice size villa pool. Large dining area. Bathroom was open air. Some might like this and some might not. Needs some modern updating such as electrical plug compatibility. Villa still used traditional room keys with a rather large wooden key chain. Great neighborhood and a tad bit quieter at night than the main street around the corner. Quick walk around the corner to all the action.

Well located but nothing out of the ordinary
Had an 8 night stay at RC Villas in a 1BR villa in October 2014 as a couple. The complex is well located in terms of eateries and shopping. We wandered through Ku De Ta to get to the beach and find this end preferable to areas further south which are more congested. The villa itself is comfortable and clean. We didn't experience the issues with mosquitoes that others have referred to however vigilance with the coils may have assisted in this regard. The outside area received good amounts of sunlight with some shade later in the afternoon to cool off in the pool. The pool was cleaned daily and in good condition while we were there. Good variety with the daily breakfast that always arrived at the time requested. With the above being said, there's more wear and tear to the villa for what I understand to be a relatively new complex. The construction on the villa next door to ours was disruptive during the daytime and it wasn't until the sawing/hammering etc. stopped that you realised how quiet the villa really was. The WiFi in our villa was poor and I would have happily paid extra for a more reliable service as the WiFi in many shops/restaurants was better. I enjoyed my stay at RC Villas but on balance would prefer others in the area that I have stayed at if I headed back to the same area.

Great spot, lovely rooms
The villa was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly. It was on a great spot near the beach and shopping. The bathroom was nice and clean and they came and cooked breakfast every morning in the villa for us then cleaned up! This is were ill be staying from now on.

Better than expected!
My husband and I were a bit reluctant to stay here due to a few bad reviews. But we were pleasantly surprised! The pictures online don't do the villa justice. It's even nicer in person. They were very spacious and clean ( we stayed in a 1 bedroom). They were quiet but close to all the action and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. We even tried to extend our stay but they were full. We have stayed in many villas in Bali and this was right up there in the top villas. There was only two complaints for me and that was that I didn't line the breakfast they cooked( but my husband did) , and there were many Mosquitos! But we had a big can of spray and a mozzie met around our bed. It didn't affect us too much. We will Definitley stay again.
