Hotels with smoking rooms in Setia Alam

New hotel

Exxellent n newish hotel..comfy bed n shower was invigorating.

My family of 5(adults) stayed for 2nights as we had to attend a wedding at Shah Alam. We chose this hotel as it was close to the wedding hall. We had checked in well and the staff(especially Mr Sivan) was very kind, helpful and patient with us in all our queries. My mum is of special needs but we were always helped at or smiled at. was nice seeing this. The place is definitely good value for money. I did not get to cover ICITY at all but it was obvious it was a kids theme park. there is a...

Great service

Room very clean and comfortable

Easy and quick check in. Clean and comfortable room. No issues at all with facilities. Easy access to the adjacent mall with reasonable food options. I would be happy to stay here again.

My husband and I make 4 to 5 trips to KL each year and each time we stayed at One World. With exception for an earlier trip this year, my office booked me at their sister hotel also located within One Utama. Their F&B is the best and hospitality is excellent.

Staff is patient and attentive to query

The service staff was not fluent in English. When I tried to find out about their current promotion shown at the counter, they were not able to assist. The location is good though.

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

N/a

Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

Great place and excellent facilities

Grand Hyatt is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, 5 minutes of walking distance to Suria KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers. Following through an air-conditioned walkway for 6-7 minutes will bring you to the Pavilion shopping centre. The hotel extraordinarily convenient in terms of dining & shopping. The interior room is spacious, clean, nicely furnished with comfortable bed linings, we had good night’s sleep. The toiletries for shampoo, conditioner & body cream are from the...
